Toronto Aikikai is pleased to invite you to participate in an Aikido Friendship Seminar instructed by dojo-cho of Shin Kaze Aikido Alliance dojos in Ontario.

LUNCH An optional catered lunch box is available for purchase.
The cost of the lunch box is $20, including HST, and is not included in the cost of the seminar.
Lunch must be pre-paid by Wednesday April 26.
We are unable to order lunch for you if you pay for it after the above date.

The following vegetarian or non-vegetarian options are available:
Vegetarian: Roasted beet hummus, avocado, white lentils, powerkraut, roasted sweet potato, cucumber, fresh herbs, baby kale, organic arugula, honey turmeric dressing.
Non-vegetarian: Oven roasted chicken, goat cheese, hard-boiled egg, pickled onions, cucumber, red radish, grape tomatoes, baby kale, spinach, honey dijon vinaigrette.

All prices are in Canadian dollars and include HST.
A parent or guardian must accompany a youth to the dojo and sign an authorization form for their participation.

LODGING Toronto is a bustling metropolitan city and has lots of hotels, motels, rooming houses, etc. We encourage you to make reservations early.
If you are on a budget please let us know as soon as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate you with our students. If we can't find a place for you to stay at, you are welcome to stay at the dojo, but please bring your own bedding.

The seminar will take place at Toronto Aikikai, located at 58 Ritchie Avenue, in Toronto, just steps from the Dundas West subway station, from the intersections of Dundas St. West and Bloor St. West, and from the intersections of Dundas St. West and Roncesvalles Ave.

If you are driving your best bet for parking is at the Loblaws parking lot just behind the dojo. There is a walkway from the parking lot onto Ritchie Avenue.

HYGIENE AND COVID-19
POLICY
Standard hygiene practices are in effect at the dojo.
We request all seminar participants and visitors abstain from participating or coming to the dojo if showing any COVID-19, respiratory or other potentially communicable disease symptoms.
Use of masks at the dojo is optional.
