DINNER There will be a catered dinner for those who register online and pay for the seminar prior to the deadline.

Available meal options:
● Vegetarian: Roasted beet hummus, avocado, white lentils, powerkraut, roasted sweet potato, cucumber, fresh herbs, baby kale, organic arugula, honey turmeric dressing.
● Non-vegetarian: Oven roasted chicken, goat cheese, maple roasted squash, balsamic green beans, pickled onions, baby kale, organic quinoa, balsamic vinaigrette.
The meal type is selected on the Registration Form below.
  • Vegetarian - Super Bowl

The deadline to register and pay for the seminar and receive the meal is Thursday November 14 at 10:00 am.

We are unable to order a meal for those paying after the deadline.

PAYMENT The cost for participation in the seminar is $ 25 for adults, $ 20 for youth.
This includes the dinner if registering before the deadline.
An additional voluntary donation is welcome in any amount.

DIRECTIONS AND PARKING Toronto Aikikai is located at 58 Ritchie Avenue, just steps from the Dundas West subway station, from the intersections of Dundas St. West and Bloor St. West, and from the intersections of Dundas St. West and Roncesvalles Ave.

If you are driving your best bet for parking is at the Loblaws parking lot just behind the dojo. There is a walkway from the parking lot onto Ritchie Avenue.

TAYLOR SWIFT CONCERT AND TRAFFIC CONSIDERATIONS One of Taylor Swift's performances on her Toronto tour will be at the Rogers Centre on Saturday November 16, the day of the seminar.
Fan events are planned at venues throughout the city on show dates, so traffic will be restricted from 1 pm to 1 am.
Here are details of street closures.
Please plan your travel accordingly.

COVID-19 POLICY Standard hygiene practices are in effect at the dojo.
We suggest all seminar participants and visitors self-test before coming to the dojo and abstain from coming if showing any COVID-19, respiratory or other potentially communicable disease symptoms.
Use of masks at the dojo is optional.
